Chinese Patent Remedies

An Mien Pian-insomnia; cools liver heat, reduces stress, symptoms include anxiety, red eyes, mental weariness, poor memory, restlessness, calms the mind.

An Shen Buxin Wan-calms spirit and nourishes heart; natural tranquilizer for anxiety, insomnia.

Bai Hu Tang-white tiger formula-inflamation of gums, red face, severe thirst, slippery pulse, generates fluids.

Ban Xia Hou Po Tang-constricted throat, discomfort swallowing, inability to breathe deeply.

Bi Yan Pian-sinus support, dries mucus, dampness and phlegm, reduces yellow mucous and sinus problems.

Bu Nao Wan-nourish brain pill, tonify heart blood, hardened arteries, poor memory, fatigue in elderly.

Bu Zhong Yi Qi San-strengthens digestion, stops chronic loose stools, lifts prolapsed organs, anemia in women, spotting between menses, pale thin blood; undigested food in stools, fear of cold, pale skin, chronic nosebleeds, no energy for basic functions like speech or exercise.

Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Wan-irregular heartbeat, calms emotions; those frightened, palpitations, detoxification and cleansing.

Chuan Xin Lian-a natural antibiotic for bladder infection, sore throat, ear infection.

Curing Pills-indigestiion, jet lag, hangovers.

Er Long Zuo Ci Wan-ear ringing, deafness; kidney yin is insufficient.

Huang Lian Jie Du Wan-natural antibotic, skin infections, boils, dysentery, sore throat, ear infection, urinary tract infection, swollen lymph glands, coptis clears heat and toxins.

Kang Gu Zeng Sheng-arthritis in which both small and large joints are stiff and sore; restore dislocated discs, stregthen tendons and bones to support the joints; taken long term to resist arthritis.

Liu Wei Di Huang Wan-kidney and liver yin deficiency from over active lifestyle, dry scalp, brittle nails, red tongue with little coating, low back pain, weak knees, excessive thirst, frequent urination at night.

Long Dan Xie Gan Wan-for damp heat in liver and gallbladder, genital herpes, feverblisters, urinary tract infection, upwards flaring of liver fire as red burning eyes, sore throat, ringing ears, headaches.

Loquat & Fritillary Syrup-cough and sticky phlegm, emphysema, asthma, labored breathing.

Pe Min Kan Wan-specific for postnasal drip; alleviates hay fever, sinusitis, itchy watery eyes, sneezing.

Ping Wei San Wan-Improves digestion, dries dampness and strengthens function of stomach and spleen.

Qi Ju Di Huang Wan-lycium and chrysanthemum-improves vision, night blindness, red, dry eyes.

Shi Chuan Da Bu Wan-super toniic with dong quai & ginseng.

Shou Wu Pian-polygonum multiflori-darkens greying hair and lifts energy; builds blood level.

Tang Kei Gin-womens tonic to balance menstrual cycles.

Tao Hong Si Wu Tang Wan-for blood stagnation, regulates menses, eliminates clotting, not to be taken with heavy flow because causes excessive bleeding-discontinue once menses starts unless clots are very large or menses stops mid cycle due to stagnant blood.

Tao Ren Wan-laxitive, for women with fibroids.

Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin Wan-rheumatic or arthritic pain with sensations of cold; migraines; leg and arm paralysis and Bell's palsy; excellent treatment for the elderly.

Tienma and Shou Wu-tonic for liver blood deficiency, dizziness, poor memory, headache, treats greying and thinning hair if used daily for a year.

Tiger Balm-salve for sprains, sore muscles.

Watermelon Frost-herpes cold sores and breath freshner.

White Flower Oil-externally for achey joints.

Wood Lock-linament for muscular pain and spasms.

Wu Ling San Wan-five ingredient powder with poria-drains dampness, strengthens spleen, promotes urination.

Xiang Fu Li Zhong Wan-severe abdominal and digestive dampness, bloating, vomiting and inability to keep any food down, loose stools, excessive clear saliva, cold feet, imperceptible pulse.

Xiao Chai Hu Tang Wan-lingering common cold, alternatiing fever and chills, dry throat, bitter taste in mouth, dizziness, shallow breathing, low appetite, nausea, bloated chest, cold invading deeper layers.

Xiao Qing Long Wan-allergies and clear mucous, retained fluids causing wheezing, bloated chest-clear or white mucous.

Xiao Yao Wan-mood swings-PMS-under rib pain-moving around pain, blurred vision, allergies, chronic hayfever, vertigo, headache, for stagnation of liver qi due to deficiency of liver blood.

Yin Chiao San-cold and flu remedy, measles, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, promotes sweating.

You Gui Wan-right side replenishing pills-those with kidney yang deficiency; warming formula, symptoms include poor digestion, lower back pain, sore knees, cold hands and feet, impotence, overall malaise.

Yunnan Pai Yao-injuries, martiial arts, bleeding, healng after surgery.

Yu Ping Feng San-frequently catches common cold, weak immune system, allergies and hayfever.

Zuo Gui Wan-left side replenishing pills-foritifies kidney function, symptoms include heat conditions of night sweats, dry mouth, desire to drink cold fluids, ear ringing, blurry vision, dizziness; caution if poor digestion.
