How to Order

Several ways to order:

1. Call us at 904-826-1965 to place an order via phone using credit card. If we are not available leave a message and we will call you back.

2. Print this form out and fax to us at 904-826-1040. We will call you back to confirm availability of products, price, shipping and total cost.. We will then charge your credit card and ship the products to you.

3. Order by e-mail. Put the words "Herb Order" as subject for faster service. Include your phone number. We will call you for your credit card number and to confirm availability. We can e-mail you for verification of order but most people do not put their credit card number in an e-mail. We unfortunately can't make phone calls overseas.

4. Mail us this form with your order. Include your credit card number. Include your phone number in case we need to contact you.

Pick up:

1. Place an order "to go." Come by and pick it up. If invalid we will attempt to deliver.

2. Order tonics and teas ahead of time. Example: You start to come down with a cold or flu. Order tea before you come to Healing Waters and when you arrive it should be ready.
