Herbal Teas-Teas are water extracts of herbs and plants. They are enjoyed around the world for pleasure, to increase stamina, relax the mind and to support health.

Herbal Tonics-Tonics are deep brewed teas usually made with roots or special herbs. An herbal tonic builds strengthens, supports and increases the life force of a tissue, organ, system or the whole body.

A classic herbal tonic formula: The Four Major Herbs: Poria, Atractylodes, Licorice and Codonopsis; these herbs imrove digestion, build the vital chi energy, support weakness, help dispel vomiting and help balance the blood sugar.
